Lead Generation Website DesignerSafe’n’Happy are a new childproofing and child safety services company with a whole range of solutions for families in need of a more secure environment for their young ones.

The Problem:
The new venture, based at Sussex Innovation Centre, at the University of Sussex, was founded by Brighton based business mentor Rick Crocket.

With a logo, an animated explainer video and a dozen pages of draft copy in hand, I proposed to incorporate the branding message and colours into a new responsive website, designed around helping guide visitors to our main goals: Generate leads from consultation requests, contact form enquiries and phone calls.

The Solution:
After discussing the site information architecture, it’s content and the hools we would use to help encourage visitors to get in touch, I was able to map our main “calls to action”, to layout elements in a fresh WordPress theme, in order to help guide visitors to our goals.

By scheduling a cost-effective 4 day build and optimisation campaign, I was able to deliver a fully functional website that met all specifications and had the added benefit of being optimised for around 50 target keyword phrases. Deliverables include:
  • WordPress development and styling
  • Homepage video slideshow creation
  • Menus, pages and content formatting
  • Animated testimonials and graphics
  • Yoast SEO plugin set-up and autolinks

All goals can now be monitored, having set up Google Search Console and Google Analytics accounts, implementing tracking code and configuring converison goals on the “thank you” pages that visitors were redirected to, after submitting a form.

With a deep insight into our search market and the information they need to help them find a solution to their needs, I was able to help guide visitors through the sales process, and to our goals:
  • Responsive homepage video appeal
  • Multiple sidebar contact forms
  • Free consultation and contact forms
  • Google Analytics conversion tracking
  • Optimised for organic search traffic

The Outcome:
lead generation website designerWith just 4 days to research, design, build and optimise the website over the Christmas period, I was able to make all of Rick’s final amends well before our launch date of the 1st of January 2016. With xml sitemaps submitted we were overjoyed to see all of our pages added in Google’s search engine index and achieve a handful of first page rankings within 2 weeks.

With continued engagement and social sharing of the insightful and informative content that composed the website, Safe’n’Happy are looking forward to an exciting first quarter of growth after hitting the ground running.
